Over time the ever-increasing number of initiatives and services offered to Property118’s readership made their website became more cluttered and less easy to use. Working closely with the client, Accent redesigned the website to prioritise the content more effectively to the end user whilst giving a clearer interface to improve user engagement throughout the site.
In addition to the redesign, we optimised the website to work with a high volume of traffic from many sources including desktop, tablet and mobile.
It’s proven so successful that the site won the ‘Property Investors Website of the Year Award 2018’.
The client initially established ‘The Landlords Union’ as an Action Group who work as a collective of members who support & advise landlords and letting agents. They requested us to produce and develop a new brand identity for their new initiative, bringing their ideas to life and improving on their initial thoughts. The logo needed to be used on multiple platforms from their website to leaflets and roller banners to printed T-shirts.
They wanted a rosette-style badge that is easily recognisable and eye catching. The main application for the ‘Action Group’ identity is a gatefold printed leaflet, used to publicise the establishment of their collective. The literature has been widely distributed and forms an integral part of their marketing strategy, particularly their exhibiting activities.
