NICK

From ‘Up North’ in York, Nick joined us with nearly a decade’s experience in web and database development. His repertoire features the ability to create responsive web pages in HTML, CSS and Javascript, and code systems using PHP and MariaDB. Nick also adds to the team’s Python and PostgreSQL skills.

After completing a degree in Music Technology, Nick found himself in the world of web development and started learning from a big book of PHP and a very slow internet connection. Driven by his love of gaming and fond memories of the Commodore Amiga 500, he has the desire to develop efficient code, making every byte count.

Away from the office, Nick likes to regularly feed his videogame addiction, but his first love remains music. The multi-talented Nick creates and performs Reggae Dub under the name of Dutty Hands and has a loyal following on SoundCloud and Spotify.
