Stuart

Stuart is self-taught in the dark arts of web development, having spent over a decade working up through the ranks at Aviva, RAC and various software development companies. He’s developed and deployed a number of large web-based business applications over the years, and he revels in the close collaboration with clients. Even on his own watch, Stuart has contributed to (even initiated) a number of open source projects on GitHub.

At Accent, Stuart has brought his Jedi mastery of Agile methodologies and test-driven development to our working practices and is currently helping to bring order to a number of projects. A lover of Python, he is the driving force behind our software development process.

Outside of work, Stuart enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, playing with computers, and going toe-to-toe with the considerable ranks of the Knights Templar on the PlayStation 4. He has a dry sense of humour and is the mature head at Accent.
